Possibly an afternoon but probably half a day depending on time spent in each South End

What is involved?

Some might say this looks like a poor man's Severn Seven. But that is like comparing Southend with Northend, they are both so different. The remarkable thing about this trip is the concentration of South Ends. Driving would only take 1 hour 45 minutes and cover 53 miles leaving lots of time to explore each South End. It also means you could comfortably fit this into an afternoon if you are short on time. Its worth noting that there are are three potential settlements out of the five which is an unusually high proportion.

Has the route been tried and tested?

Not yet, but someone is sure to take on such an appealing challenge before long.
