Brief Outline:

This Southend is part of the famous Seven Severn Campaign and is a good place to have a pit stop. Being in the town of Western-Super-Mare, it is just a short journey into the town to enjoy the typical seaside activities on offer. The first ASDA Board trip (March 2010) took in some crazy golf and also grabbed a selection of pies at the Yates pub.

That said, you still need to check out the Southend Road itself which is a fairly standard residential road. However, it does also have a corner shop where provisions can be bought. This includes pies, however do remember to bring a portable microwave as the pies available are frozen.
