NOTES: Some good opportunities at some, not at others. Too much repetition. Does it have a shop selling pies in/nearby? 5 (1-7%)
NOTES: Good range - Sainos, Aldi, Lidl, Waitrose, Londis etc

NOTES: Some restaurants, but not fast food ones.

NOTES: Quite a few alright pubs.

NOTES: Southend park and other open areas, woods, signs and Southend Village hardcourt!

NOTES: Sadly the Southend road didn't exist, but was fun exploring the village.
